HERNDON, VA - Bill Sheehan joined the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA), filling the newly created post of vice president. Sheehan will handle day-to-day operations for the association and also be responsible for creating and expanding non dues-related programs.
"Bill is a seasoned professional with successful association and business management expertise," noted Debra Holder, ALCA's executive vice president. "He brings to ALCA both operational and strategic planning skills that will continue to increase ALCA's business momentum."
"My focus will be on designing and implementing innovative strategies and programs that will ultimately improve overall value to our members as well as significantly increasing nondues revenue," Sheehan explained. "I will also concentrate on establishing programs that will help our members build their businesses while simultaneously increasing profits and improving customer relations."
Prior to joining ALCA, Sheehan served as vice president of sales and marketing for Multicast Technologies, an Internet company.
