ALCA Names New COO

Tanya Tolpegin recently joined the ALCA team as chief operating officer (COO). A graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, Tolpegin’s experience includes senior management consulting, strategic planning, and business development. As ALCA’s COO, Tolpegin is responsible for the day-to-day office operations, human resource functions, and the staff’s professional development. She is committed to facilitating teamwork among ALCA’s Board of Directors, staff, and member volunteers.
