The American Nursery & Landscape Association and the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association have announced that Paymentech is the associations’ new preferred merchant processing provider for members.

For ANLA members, this presents the following benefits in credit card processing:

CNLA members will experience similar benefits from Paymentech Canada, including:

• Dedicated sales team

CNLA has offered members a merchant processing benefits program for more than 10 years, previously contracting with Moneris Solutions. The association concluded its relationship with Moneris in April due to disappointing customer service. So far, about 65 percent of CNLA members have switched to Paymentech and are very happy with the service, according to Kari Brouwer, a representative of the association.

ANLA members have had Paymentech services at their disposal since the beginning of the year. Another benefit of the partnership is a free competitive analysis whereby Paymentech’s ANLA customers can fax two months’ worth of existing processing statements to Paymentech, who will analyze the data and find ways for the customer to save more.
