Aquascape Combines Water Gardening Brands, Expands Distribution Network

Aquascape launched a new brand for its contractor-grade water gardening products, AquascapePro, which integrates multiple product lines into a range of water gardening solutions for landscape professionals.   

In the past, Aquascape sold its contractor-grade products under a variety of brand names including Aquascape Designs, PondSweep, and UltraPond. The company acquired the PondSweep and UltraPond lines in recent years and had maintained separate distribution channels for them.  By integrating the multiple brands into one, the company’s entire range of water gardening products, including pond systems, skimmers, BIOFALLS Filters, water treatments, pumps, fish care products, and more will be made available at each of its AquascapePro Authorized Distributor outlets.

“By combining the best products from all of our contractor-grade product lines into one master brand, AquascapePro™, we are creating the industry’s most comprehensive and well-accepted line of water gardening products,” says Greg Wittstock, president of Aquascape. “Contractors will benefit from being able to choose from so many different options in products within one product line, each backed with Aquascape’s outstanding customer support.”

Together with the product line integration, Aquascape also announced an initiative to expand distribution outlets for the newly created AquascapePro line. “By appointing additional distribution points for our product line in local markets in the United States, we can make it more convenient for contractors to access our product and obtain technical assistance,” Wittstock says. “We want to reduce hassles for the professional by insuring availability at the leading supply houses in each market.”  The company plans to add additional distributors on a rolling basis during the 2007 selling season.
