The Aquatrols Company has launched its new Sports Turf division.
The division will focus on the specific needs of sports turf management professionals, with future R&D efforts put toward developing products that specifically address the unique needs of sports turf managers and provide the best possible playability, player safety and overall field aesthetics.
Sports turf managers already have access to Aquatrols products such as Zipline, Revolution, Vivax, In-Flow, Border 2.0, and Solarous for their playing fields.
General Manager Erick Koskinen leads The Aquatrols Company as a former golf course superintendent and a sales leader at both Precision Labs and the Aquatrols Company.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of this company and to help turf professionals more effectively manage their water inputs” Koskinen says. “I remember what it was like to try to keep turf thriving during high stress and heavy play. It’s exciting to have an incredible team who are all committed to the success of today’s turf grass managers.”
Other key business unit leaders include Greg Sinner, the director of sports turf; Ian Grove, the territory manager for sports turf; Christian Baldwin, the global technical services manager; Robert Wilson, the portfolio development manager; and Kate Garassino, the U.S. marketing manager.
