CHARLOTTE, N.C. — ArborMaster Training, Inc. of Willington, Conn., will again be a key component of Husqvarna’s “Team of Pros” by providing professional instruction for chainsaw users throughout the country in 2004.
The training, led by Ken Palmer and Rip Tompkins, has educated thousands of arborists throughout North America and abroad. ArborMaster emphasizes hands-on training specifically designed to improve the skill, safety and productivity of tree care professionals. Palmer and Tompkins are both titleholders in the International Society of Arboriculture’s International Tree Climbing Competition, the Olympics of the arborist industry, with Palmer capturing the championship three times and Tompkins once. The two professionals have a combined total of more than 40 years of experience in the arborist industry.
