Ariens and Gravely have announced several enhancements to existing products during Equip Expo 2025, and notably, Gravely has returned a zero-turn mower to its lineup after a decade-long hiatus.

The Gravely Pro-Turn 200 commercial zero-turn mower

The Gravely Pro-Turn 200 commercial zero-turn mower has returned, now available in 52-inch and 60-inch deck widths. Originally launched in the mid-2010s, this mower has reentered Gravely's lineup.

“This is a mower that earned its strong reputation through years of dependable service in the field,” says AriensCo Chief Revenue Officer Stephen Ariens. “Bringing it back is a direct response to our customers who need a strong, reliable workhorse that delivers premium results without the premium price tag.”

“The Pro-Turn 200 is a proven performer with a high value proposition,” adds Gravely Brand Director Patrick McQuillan. “It’s not the lowest-priced commercial mower in our lineup, and it’s not the highest-end, but it hits the sweet spot for commercial landscapers who don’t need a lot of extras but still want durability, comfort, and productivity at a cost-efficient price.”

The Pro-Turn 200 features Gravely’s X-Factor 2 deck and a 13.4-gallon fuel tank. It also includes cut-and-sew suspension seat to cushion the operator from rough terrain through long hours. The mower features a steel tubular frame, and within the chassis, landscapers will find Kawasaki FX850 and FX921 engines— these engines are paired with Hydro-Gear ZT-5400 transaxles, which drive the unit to a top speed of 13 miles per hour.

One of the more popular features from the original model returns: A lower operator position that enhances center of gravity and hill-holding ability.

“The Pro-Turn 200 is ideal for fleet buyers who need reliable performance and long-term value, delivering where it counts” McQuillan says. “It’s built to mow the distance, priced to compete, and backed by Gravely’s dealer network and warranty support.”

The Pro-Turn 200 will be available with a full line of accessories, including a grass mulching kit, baggers, trailer hitch kit, headlight kit and more. It comes with a five-year/1,250-hour limited warranty with no hour limit for the first two years, plus limited lifetime warranties on the deck shell and frame. It will be available exclusively at Gravely dealerships in the U.S. and Canada beginning spring 2026 and retail for a suggested list price starting at $13,647.

The Gravely OVIS-X brush mower

Gravely's OVIS-X builds on the capability of the OVIS platform with a redesigned controller that improves the operator interface and adds greater control and convenience when tackling steep and otherwise impossible mowing environments.

“The OVIS platform is all about opening landscapers’ access to new markets and service opportunities on steep slopes and in hard-to-reach areas more safely, efficiently, and comfortably,” McQuillan says. “The OVIS-X builds on those strong benefits by adding blade engagement and cutting height controls to the remote so professionals can be even more productive.”

The OVIS-X is designed for landscapers to cut in nearly impossible mowing scenarios, including those on a 55-degree slope.

The OVIS-X features a smaller remote with improved ergonomics, including refined handle and controls placement for reduced hand strain during long mowing sessions. Additionally, key functions are brought directly to the operator’s fingertips. Users can now adjust cutting height and engage or disengage blade rotation from the remote — functions that previously required direct interaction with the machine itself.

“These enhancements save time and reduce the need to physically interact with the mower during operation,” McQuillan says. “Instead of first walking to the machine, you can now make some of these adjustments in seconds from more than football field away.”

The OVIS-X also includes a simplified transaxle disengagement system, making it easier to tow the machine.

Like its predecessor, its low profile and track-drive system create a low center of gravity that allows the machine to scale slopes up to 55 degrees and clear low obstacles like solar panels. And because it’s operated remotely, there’s no need for an onboard cockpit.

“The OVIS platform gives landscapers access to jobsites that were previously off-limits,” Stephen Ariens says. “With the OVIS-X, we’re making that work even more efficient and operator friendly.”

Ariens enhancements to snow removal products

Ariens is introducing several key engine enhancements:

  • Classic and Compact Sno-Thro models: Both series receive engine upgrades to improve efficiency and torque stability.
  • Deluxe Sno-Thro models: Gains increased fuel capacity, refined torque output, and improved power consistency for longer runtime and stable performance in heavy snow.
  • Hydro Power Brush 36: Receives an upgrade in its engine to the 301cc Ariens AX, delivering stronger torque, better load handling, and enhanced all-season versatility.

“These updates are part of Ariens’ ongoing commitment to refining product performance and standardizing the Ariens AX engine platform across the Snow portfolio,” says Derek Friesth, director Ariens Brand Marketing. “We are committed to leading the marketplace in snow and are investing in long-term brand success.”

The engine enhancements deliver several improvements including easier cold starts, reliable operation, and longer runtime. Additionally, Ariens is streamlining parts to make servicing even easier.

“With Ariens, you are walking in the footsteps of five generations of hard work, integrity, and pride,” says Stephen Ariens. “Since 1933 we’ve remained committed to being a family-run manufacturer based in the U.S. By designing, engineering and assembling our Ariens two-stage Sno-Thros in Brillion, we can focus on quality and reliability from start to finish.”
