Arysta LifeScience Recognized for Family-Friendly Workplace

The company, with North American headquarters in Cary, N.C., was named to Carolina Parenting’s 10th annual list of North Carolina Family-Friendly 40 Companies.

Arysta LifeScience, with North American headquarters in Cary, N.C., was named to Carolina Parenting’s 10th annual list of North Carolina Family-Friendly 40 Companies. The recognition is awarded to companies that help working parents by offering family-friendly programs, policies and opportunities. Arysta LifeScience was the only agricultural company selected for the honor this year.

Companies of all sizes are eligible for the award, which rates organizations on their readiness to listen and respond to parents’ needs as they strive to balance work and family.  Some of the family-friendly benefits at Arysta LifeScience that won praise from Carolina Parenting included:

  • On-site fitness center;
  • “Bring Your Child to Work” day;
  • Family activity days outside the office; and
  • Helping employees balance work/life demands
