Atticus appoints Jon Boljesic as chief legal officer

Boljesic comes to the newly created role after most recently serving as general counsel at Envu.

Atticus has appointed Jon Boljesic to the newly created position of chief legal officer.

In his role, Boljesic will bring together crossfunctional and legal expertise to drive competitive advantage and elevate industry engagement.

Boljesic joins Atticus as a strategic legal leader in the pesticide industry. Most recently, he served as general counsel at Envu, where he led a global team and held responsibility for all legal and compliance matters across the organization. Prior to his time at Envu, Jon held several roles at Bayer CropScience. He began his legal career in private practice, where he focused primarily on patent litigation before federal courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission.

Boljesic earned his degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He and his wife, Vinca, have three daughters: Nina (4), Clara (2), and Ella (7 months).

In his spare time, Boljesic enjoys Michigan football, reading, cooking, and attempting to golf.
