Beary Landscaping, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Seasonal Solutions and certain commercial landscaping assets from Suburban Landscaping.

These strategic acquisitions further strengthen Beary’s position throughout the Midwest. Beary has now completed three acquisitions since its partnership with Silver Oak in December 2023.
Beary Landscaping ranks No. 62 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list in 2025.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas, Seasonal Solutions provides commercial landscape management and snow removal services across Western Kansas. The company serves a diverse set of commercial customers, including corporate campuses, retail centers and healthcare facilities, and focuses exclusively on recurring services. Beary is retaining Seasonal’s existing staff and brand as part of the acquisition.
"We are very proud to partner with Barry Wolff and the entire Seasonal Solutions team, which aligns perfectly with our strategy to partner with best-in-class operators who pride themselves on service," says Brian Beary, CEO and founder of Beary. "This acquisition marks our entry into the attractive Kansas City market, and we are excited to leverage Seasonal’s brand and expertise to continue growing in the region."
“I am excited to join forces with Beary and continue scaling our combined business throughout the Midwest," says Barry Wolff, founder and president of Seasonal. "Beary shares our commitment to taking care of our employees, and this partnership will enable Seasonal to provide even greater value to our customers."
Beary additionally acquired certain commercial landscaping assets of Suburban Landscaping, a provider of landscaping services in Northwest Indiana. The acquisition further expands Beary’s capabilities and geographic reach in the Midwest.
