Becker Underwood Acquires Green Graphics

Manufacturing of Green Graphics products, which have been produced for more than 20 years, will be moved from Russellville, Ky., to Becker Underwood’s ISO 9001 facility in Ames, Iowa.

Becker Underwood has also completed numerous acquisitions in the last three years - Sequestrene and Sprint chelated iron products from Novartis, MicroBio Group Ltd., biopesticide technology and Tree Guard and Rejex-it repellents. These acquisitions have all been strategic additions of brands, technologies or products for the Becker Underwood end-users.

Founded in 1982, Becker Underwood manufactures and markets a variety of specialty colorants and bio-agronomic products for turf management, agriculture, seed treatment, wood recycling, aquaculture, vegetation management, forestry and structural pest control industries.
