Ben Wankerl Enterprises acquires aquatic division of Proscapes in Wisconsin

Ben Wankerl Enterprises, a landscaping and water feature company based in Sauk City, Wisconsin, has acquired the aquatic division of Proscapes, a Madison-based landscaping and water feature firm.

The acquisition includes one of Proscapes’ aquatic team members, equipment and portfolio.

“We’re excited to integrate Proscapes’ aquatic expertise into our operations,” says Ben Wankerl, founder and CEO. “This acquisition strengthens our commitment to delivering high-quality water features and service.”

Mike Krintz, owner of Proscapes, shared a message to clients via social media channels:

“I ask that you also put your trust in them as I have, and know that this decision was not made lightly. I would personally like to say thank you to all our wonderful customers over the last 25 years. I am going to miss everything from all your projects, from design to the installations. I will truly cherish those memories forever. Thank you to all the great employees over the years. I hope that you have learned something from us, as much as we have from you.”
