The Brickman Group signed an agreement to purchase Stiles Landscape Co., currently a division of Stiles Corp. The sale is set to close by the end of May.
Brickman is a national commercial landscape services firm, with a large presence in Florida. Stiles Corp., a full-service commercial real estate development firm, is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale. Among the company’s offerings are architectural design, development, construction, property management and landscape services.
Brickman, No. 3 on Lawn & Landscape’s 2007 list of the industry’s top revenue earners, sees similarities in Stiles Landscape, which ranked No. 67 on the list. The two companies are closely aligned in their values, structure and operations, according to the release. The transaction will allow Stiles Corp. to focus on its core real estate development services, and will enable Brickman to expand its presence in the Florida marketplace.

Since then, Stiles Landscaping has grown to become a respected and admired leader in the Florida real estate market, with locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Ft. Myers and Orlando.
