The award is the highest honor the ANLA can bestow upon one of its members. Meyer’s election to the Hall of Fame is a testament of his commitment to leadership and service, both to his family and their business, and to the green industry and its associations.

Meyer has served as president of ANLA and its Landscape Division, which honored him with its Hall of Fame Award in 2000. He has also served as president of the regional Western Nursery and Landscape Association.

At home, Carl has served on the Pottawatomie County Economic Development Committee, Highway Development Committee, Zoning Board and Water & Sewer District Boards; and the governor of Kansas’ Agricultural Advisory Board.
