Century Park Capital Partners has formed the Green Summit Landscape Group. Green Summit is a new investment platform based in Los Angeles created to build a landscape management organization in the United States. Concurrent with its formation, Green Summit completed its first acquisition, a regional master brand and founder-led business. The owners are retaining a meaningful ownership position and will continue to lead the business going forward.
The company acquired was not disclosed.
“The formation of Green Summit and the completion of its first acquisition mark another exciting milestone for our firm. This platform aligns perfectly with our strategy of partnering with founder-led, service-oriented businesses that have strong regional footprints and opportunities for expansion," says Guy Zaczepinski, managing partner with Century Park.
“We launched Green Summit with an exceptional company that has earned deep trust in its community and built an incredible legacy over decades of commitment to its customers and employees. Green Summit represents a shared vision to build on that foundation, combining local expertise with strategic resources and guidance from our board members, Judy Guido and Bryan Jensen"
Green Summit is focused on growth through organic initiatives, such as cross-market service expansion, strategic and operational efficiencies, workforce development education, technology enablement and a disciplined acquisition strategy targeting complementary landscaping, snow management and turf care businesses across the U.S.
“The exponential growth potential here is formidable, and we’re already engaged with owners and looking at future add-on acquisitions that will strengthen the platform’s presence and capabilities across key markets," Guido says. "This is just the beginning of what we believe will be a significant growth story.”
Century Park was joined in Green Summit’s formation and initial acquisition by Plexus Capital and GMB Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
