CoCal Landscape Acquires Landscape Division of Pratt Properties

CoCal Landscape will obtain considerable maintenance and landscape installation accounts with the acquisition of Pratt Landscape, a division of Pratt Properties, Longmont, Colo.

A key feature of the acquisition is a long-term contract for CoCal Landscape to provide complete landscape management and snow removal services for the Pratt Business Park, a 40-building, 2.2-million-sq.-ft. office park in Longmont, Colo. CoCal also assumes responsibility for 60 other maintenance accounts maintained by Pratt and all of their landscape installation activities.

With the acquisition, CoCal gains a significant presence in nothern Colorado by adding a fourth office to its existing locations in Denver, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ft. Collins, Colo.
