Canada’s international horticultural trade show and conference is one of North America’s fastest growing trade shows.
At least, that’s what TradeShow Week has reported about the show referred to as Congress. The publication included Congress on its list of the 50 fastest growing shows on the continent after collecting, monitoring and analyzing statistics from the trade show industry.
“It is an honor to be recognized by the trade show industry as one of the best,” commented Paul Day, show manager. “We have been experiencing phenomenal growth with Congress that reflects the continuing growth in consumer demand for services from green trades.”
Held every January, Congress has been serving the green industry for more than 30 years. This year’s event saw more than 14,400 visitors from Canada, the United States and abroad. The show is drawing more attendees from Asia as well.
Landscape Ontario, a Canadian horticultural trade association, produces and manages Congress. The organization’s membership spans the full gamut of the green industry.
Congress 2005 is set for Jan. 13-15 at the Toronto Congress Centre.
