The 32nd annual Nursery, Landscape and Arboricultural Field Day of Virginia Tech’s Hampton Roads Agricultural Research and Extension Center (HRAREC) will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 12. This year’s Field Day is being sponsored by the Virginia Turfgrass Association and the Hampton Roads Nursery and Landscape Association, so the emphasis this year will be more turfgrass oriented than in past years.
Three sessions with concurrent topics will run from 8:30 a.m. until noon when lunch will be served. After lunch there will be a few fun events, HRAREC will conduct its annual auction, and there will be tours of HRAREC.
Pre-registration will be $25 for individuals and $20 for groups of five or more from the same company or organization. On-site registration is $30.
