Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort announced that its partner, Decra-Scape, was honored by the Michigan Green Industry Association with the Gold Award for outstanding work in hardscapes onsite at the resort.
Decra-Scape won the award for its work on the model lot at Hearthside Grove, which included workmanship on the lot driveway, walkway to the bungalow, fireplace, patio living and dining areas, pillars and courtyard walls.
“We are proud to have such a quality partner onboard for this project,” said Hearthside Grove proprietor Craig Rose. “As we strive to create an environment where nature meets luxury, their outstanding work, craftsmanship and sheer quality continues to set us apart from others across the country.”
The hardscapes category consisted of brick pavers and retaining walls that were judged according to site lines, safety factors, fit with the environment, design and creativity.
“As a statewide professional trade organization serving the green industry, we were pleased that all honorees not only met our high standards but exceeded our expectations,” said Diane Andrews, executive director for the Michigan Green Industry Association. “These awards represent the best of the best and are reserved for work that demonstrates both a commitment to environmental awareness and exemplifies superior quality.”
