Dow AgroSciences LLC has been named a finalist in the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's first "Best Places to Work" program. This new program honors top companies in the state, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Dow AgroSciences is one of 15 finalists in the "large company" category for companies with 200 or more employees.
"We are honored and proud to be named one of the 'Best Places to Work' in Indiana, because our success comes from our outstanding employees and the results delivered through our unique company culture," says John Madia, Vice President of Human Resources and Productivity. "This external validation reinforces the commitment so many have made to Dow AgroSciences in the way of our innovative programs and policies, while demonstrating to all of Indiana that we have a strong foundation and bright future from which to grow this great company."
