Down to Earth adds CFO Magley, promotes COO Trombly

Down To Earth, a provider of landscape and irrigation services headquartered in Maitland, Florida, has appointed Andrew Magley as chief financial officer and promoted Tom Trombly to chief operating officer.

Magley joins Down To Earth with experience in finance and operations across branch-based and privately held companies. His expertise spans accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury and business process improvement. Most recently, he served as chief transformation officer at a 4PL logistics firm following a series of financial leadership roles at a Fortune 500 private distribution company.

In his new role, Magley will oversee finance, human resources, fleet and safety operations, reporting directly to CEO Tom Lazzaro.

In addition, Trombly, formerly vice president of operations for the Southwest region, is taking over as COO as a newly created role. Trombly will lead the maintenance division and oversee the regional operations leaders.
