STAMFORD, Conn. – As Eastern Land Management (ELM) a landscape leader in the Fairfield and Westchester County, Conn. areas, completes nearly 30 years of service, it is preparing for the next 30 years and is restructuring the organization to meet the increasing needs and changing expectations of its clientele. Bruce Moore, Sr., founder, proudly announced today the new lineup of key team leaders for the next phase of growth.

Victor Palacios, a native of Guatemala, is positioned as the Landscape Maintenance Department Team Leader. Victor has "earned his stripes" since joining the company in 1992. He entered the company as a gardener and, during his tenure with Eastern Land Management, he has worked in all departments of the company. Having overcome many difficult situations through the years, Victor has always kept one minds:et "Grow the company, and grow as an individual." This is something he continues to pass on to all the employees of the Eastern Land Management team.

Jonathan Trottier, special projects department, snow management department team leader joined ELM in June 2004, after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in horticulture and landscape design. He has spent the past nine months learning the various operations of the company, both in the office and in the field. Jonathan states, "Our goal in the special projects department is not only to bring added visual and aesthetic value to your property, but to address the unseen projects, such as safety concerns and long-term property planning."

Scott Perna, turf & ornamentals department team leader is the newest member of the Eastern Land Management team and brings several years of turf and ornamental care experience with him. Scott invites the ELM clientele to contact him with any turf and ornamental concerns, "I am prepared to assist with requests, and ultimately, protect the investment clients have made their properties."

Bruce Moore, Jr., water management department team leader, is a recent graduate of Curry College. Bruce has grown up with the company and is excited to continue the legacy of ELM. Since his early teens, Bruce has gained experience in the field and with administrative functions. Bruce adds "With our new in-house water management department, we look to raise our level of customer service by taking one more step toward Eastern Land Management becoming a one-stop-shop for landscape management needs."
Carole Caldwell joined the Eastern Land Management team in October 2004, enthusiastically taking the position of office manager. Uniquely qualified, she brings nine years of green industry experience and is invaluable to the business. Her cheerful voice and vibrant personality are an added bonus. Carole enjoys the interaction with each and every employee and adds "everyone here has treated me with kindness and respect, I am thrilled to be a part of the team."

As company leader, Bruce Moore, Sr. has witnessed many changes in the service industry over the years. Restructuring the company is not something he thought he had to do; rather, it is something he wanted to do to. "I have experienced many different sides to this business over the years," he emphasizes. "I believe that no matter what market we were in, our company's success has been built on developing strong relationships with customers, being honest, and doing what you say you are going to do. The recent move just gives us an opportunity to expand on these relationships and work to develop new ones with new customers."
