With nearly three decades of experience operating a top-level landscape management business, Bruce Moore, Sr. has garnered a reputation as being not only a self-starter, but also as an employer who cares.  “As a business owner you want your hard work to be respected and remain intact when the time comes to move in a different direction,” he says, adding, “As a father I am pleased and proud that my son will assume that responsibility. It has been a dream of mine from the start.”

Plans are not in place to make the change anytime soon, but the process of cultivating relationships with the employees, clients and the industry has already begun. Recently the father and son team took a week to shadow another leading maintenance company. “The goal was to share ideas and tricks of the trade,” says Bruce Sr. “It is important to make contacts within the community of service operators, as we all support each other.”
