LAKE ZURICH, Ill. – Echo has named Scott Robinson its 2004 Service Manager of the Year in recognition for excellence in all aspects of technical service management and customer support for Echo outdoor power equipment dealers in the Northeast. Andrew Kuczmar, director of national service for Echo, presented this distinguished award at the annual Echo Service Managers Conference held recently in Tempe, Arizona.
Robinson is employed by Timberland Machines of Lancaster, N.H., which is a division of Timberland Machines and Irrigation of Enfield, Conn. Timberland Machines is the New England and New York distributor for Echo handheld outdoor power equipment.
