Echo recalls backpack blowers, shoulder straps

LAKE ZURICH, IL – ECHO Incorporated in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling certain ECHO and Shindaiwa backpack blowers and replacement shoulder straps in the U.S. and Canada.
