Elite Private Landscape has acquired Costa Verde Landscape in Santa Ana, California.
Elite is headquartered in Clovis, California, and is the landscape construction company as part of Elite Team Offices, which tied Lucas Tree Expert Co. for No. 38 on this year's Lawn & Landscape Top 100 list.
Elite added 37 new team members, 12 of whom were transferred to Private Landscape's sister company, Elite Maintenance & Tree Service. Its OC branch which was established July of last year. The 25 who joined Elite Private Landscape will establish Elite Private's new OC branch.
This acquisition establishes Elite's fourth branch in the state, further expanding its presence and capabilities throughout California.
