The Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) announced the release of its newly updated edition of the ALCA Employee Compensation Report this month. The report provides exterior and interior landscape contractors with accurate and timely data on green industry compensation practices and policies essential in today’s competitive employment market.
The report includes information on both executive and employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses and commissions. Additionally, it provides details on fringe benefit packages, such as retirement programs, health insurance, and vacations. The data is presented by business type (including sales volume) and region, and is based on the results of the 2003 ALCA Employee Compensation Survey in which the organization collected data from landscape companies throughout the nation.
The ALCA Employee Compensation Report is available to ALCA members for $45 and to nonmembers for $75. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order. Visit the ALCA Bookstore to order a copy of the report, or contact ALCA at 800/395-2522 for more information.
