Ewing Irrigation Opens New Location in Florida

Ewing Irrigation opened a new facility in Tallahassee, Fla. and has appointed Travis Mitchell as a manager of the new facility, located at 3739 Peddie Drive.

"Building long-lasting relationships is my top priority," says Mitchell, who is planning to provide product knowledge to help water conservation.
According to Mitchell, the new stores will offer workshops on lighting, irrigation auditing, and fertilizer and chemical handling. Mitchell will be managing the two facilities with the help of Matt Schulze, Morgan Ryder and Alan Hollen.

Mitchell recently joined Ewing to supervise the opening of the new store.
Prior to that, he managed his own estimating company specializing in stone work. Mitchell's previous practice includes experience as an assistant branch manager for Ewing and an irrigation designer for Sprinkler World, Utah.

Mitchell will also serve as manager of Ewing's third Florida location slated to open in Spring 2007, located at 3709 Apalachee Pkwy in Tallahassee.

"I could not be more excited to be back at Ewing," Mitchell said. "This is a wonderful company that treats employees like family members."

Mitchell holds an associate degree in architecture from the ITT Technical Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is an avid hunter, a father of three daughters, and has been a proud member of Boy Scouts of America for 15 years.
