Ewing Opens 30th Texas Location in Cedar Park

Ewing Irrigation, Golf & Industrial has opened its 30th branch location in Texas. Sean Wimble has been appointed manager of the supplier's newest facility, located at 201 County Road 185, in Cedar Park, Texas.

"Our Cedar Park location is a 14,000 square-foot facility located on 4.5 acres," Wimble says. "Our customers will benefit from our large pipe yard, as well as the many training seminars scheduled in our fully-equipped classroom." 

In addition to training seminars held inside the new building, Wimble is using the site itself as a teaching instrument. The new Cedar Park facility will exhibit many of the latest water-conserving products on the market for industry professionals to view first-hand, including the MP Rotator Sprinkler and the Hydrochanger water conditioning system. Wimble has also used organic products throughout his landscape to demonstrate the positive impact on trees and plants.

"We have 18 zones of MP Rotators on our new facility, including several 1 1/2 inch valve zones," Wimble notes. "If you have doubts about the technology, I recommend you come visit our new location and check it out for yourself."

Wimble consistently installs new products at his home to familiarize himself with the new technology, enabling him to provide customers with information from his personal experience. 

Wimble previously served as Manager of Ewing's Austin facility, and is the supplier representative on the board of directors for the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association (TNLA), Region 8. Wimble is also an active member of the Austin Lawn Sprinkler Association.
