Exmark Awards Extreme Cup to Waukesha-Pearce Employee

The company selected Diane Ausley for its yearly award that honors managers or parts departments.

Exmark has selected Diane Ausley of Waukesha-Pearce Industries (WPI) as the winner of its 2007 Extreme Cup.

Exmark, a leading manufacturer of commercial lawnmowers, awards the Extreme Cup annually to the most outstanding manager or parts department of a company that distributes Exmark products.

Ausley is the parts manager for WPI branch 25, located in Houston.
Waukesha-Pearce Industries is a global designer and packager of engine- driven equipment. Branch 25, WPI's outdoor products division, distributes Exmark products in Texas and Oklahoma.

"It is obvious to everyone at Exmark that Diane and her team at WPI love what they do, and their customers have certainly responded," said Mark Aldendifer, parts and accessories marketing manager at Exmark.

Ausley was nominated for the award by Anthony Rowell, Exmark's regional sales manager. She will be presented with the Extreme Cup at a ceremony in Houston Jan. 22.

"I'm very excited about the award, but it is really the result of a group effort," said Ausley, who has worked in the industry for more than 30 years. "We have a great group of parts people and salesmen who have had a fantastic year. And we have very good support from Anthony Rowell, who really listens to us and is very easy to work with."

To determine the winner of the Extreme Cup, Exmark evaluated parts distributors nationwide in several categories, such as order fill rate to dealers, rate of increase in sales and marketing efforts for Exmark parts.
