Exscape Designs and Green Impressions, two landscape service and design companies based in Northeast Ohio, have combined their operations under a newly formed parent company — Exscape Group.
This strategic combination is supported by a significant investment by BHMS Investments. The investment will primarily be utilized to expand the company's reach across the Great Lakes-Midwest region through both organic growth and a focused acquisition strategy.
Bill Dysert, owner of Exscape Designs, will serve as CEO of the company. Joe Schill and Jim Louth, owners of Green Impressions, will serve the company in leadership positions, with all three joining the company's board.
"This is more than a merger; it's a movement. Together, we're building a platform that prioritizes people, purpose and long-term growth," Dysert says. "BHMS fit perfectly as a partner in this vision and as we enter our company's next stage of growth. Joe, Jim and I are thrilled to partner with the BHMS team."
"The green industry, and specifically landscape maintenance, is an attractive sector for us and we believe there to be considerable runway for aggregation," says Matthew Mendenhall, principal of BHMS. "We are excited to partner with Bill, Joe and Jim and look forward to working alongside the company's team to amplify Exscape's growth."
