Kawasaki Engines and Power Products recently named Russell Corey as district manager and Stens as its Canadian distributor.

Corey is responsible for district field sales in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Long Island, N.Y. He most recently served in landscape design, product management and sales for a company in Durham, N.C. He earned a bachelor’s degree in landscape design from North Carolina State University.

Stens serves as the distributor of Kawasaki replacement engines and handheld power products to more than 500 independent dealers in Canada. It uses distribution centers in Brantford, Ontario, and Calgary, Alberta, to provide direct support to the company’s Canadian dealer network.

SipcamAdvan has named Ron Hatton as director of operations, George Furrer as national marketing manager for new specialty products business and Bob Braddock to the account management and sales team.

As director of operations, Hatton will be responsible for supply chain, formulation/manufacturing, customer service and information technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and a MBA in finance and marketing from St. Mary’s College in California.

Furrer will lead marketing efforts for the Specialty Products Business Unit, which includes turf and ornamental, nursery greenhouse, lawn care, pest control and consumer home and garden markets.

Braddock’s responsibilities will include managing key accounts for the southeastern United States. He has more than 30 years experience in crop protection and most recently served as business manager for the Micro Flo Company.

Braddock will replace Randy Gilliam, who recently was promoted to sales manager.

Paul Huggett of Paul’s Turf and Tree Nursery in Marshall, Wis., has been named to the University of Wisconsin College of Agriculture’s Board of Visitors.

The board serves as an outside advisory group to the dean of the college. Members have attained prominence in agriculture, natural resources, life sciences or rural development and are chosen because of their value in providing a sound external perspective to the dean.

Huggett will represent the green industry and replaces Michael Lee, head of all golf courses at Kohler Company in Kohler, Wis. He is president of the Wisconsin Nursery Association.

Atlantic Pest Solutions Companies recently announced Christopher Turmelle as turf division manager, Rody Fitzgibbon as sales associate and Kelley Monahan as marketing specialist.

Turmelle has more than 10 years experience in landscape management. He holds a Maine Masters of Applicators license and is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts’s Green School for Landscape Management certification program.

Fitzgibbon previously spent 25 years working in the food service industry at PFG Northcenter Food Services in Augusta, Maine.

Monahan earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Lasell College in Newton, Mass., and currently is pursuing her MBA at Southern New Hampshire University.

Sea Gull Lighting has appointed three sales management members to new roles within the company. Travis Wilcox was named western regional sales manager, Stacey Rosenstein as northeast regional sales manager and Scott Smith as business development manager.

Wilcox, a five-year veteran of the company, previously served as a builder sales manager for the western region.

Rosenstein has been with the company for more than eight years serving in account management and builder business development.

Smith’s responsibilities in the newly created position include expanding the company’s specifications and sales to government-sanctioned facilities. He has a background in electrical distribution sales and management.
