Florida Atlantic University has selected Stiles Landscape Co. to provide lawn maintenance services for 300 acres of its Boca Raton campus. The two-year agreement was initiated from Stiles’ response to the university's request for proposal process.
The Pompano Beach, Fla.-based company also provides landscape maintenance services for other universities, including Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Fla., where 250 of the school's 750 acres have been developed. For four years, the contractor's service at Florida Gulf Coast University has encompassed landscape management for the entire campus, including athletic field maintenance.
Stiles Landscape Co. has additional locations in Fort Myers, Sunrise, Boynton Beach and Miami as well. The company has received numerous landscape awards from the Associated Landscape Contractors of America, the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of Plantation.
The firm is a division of Stiles Corporation, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment company, providing clients with design, construction, financing, realty, property management and landscaping services. Headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, the company has additional regional offices in Tampa and Ft. Myers, Fla., and Nashville, Tenn.
