Vila & Son Landscaping, a full service landscape company servicing the state of Florida, announced Feb. 3 that it acquired Scapes Environmental Group located in the Tampa Bay and Naples region of West Florida.
Scapes Environmental Group is run by James "Jamie" B. Boynton III, president and CEO of the firm. It was founded in 2002.
"I am confident that we will do great things together," said Boynton, who will serve as regional manager of West Coast operations.
