Fred Haskett from TrueWinds Consulting is hosting a webinar entitled, "Train Your Trainers," on Feb. 17-18.
The webinar is aimed to help attendees build a training program that's actively driving growth, especially as production managers and crew leaders become the ones tasked with training employees.
Attendees will learn how to structure an effective training program, "teaching" versus "showing," how to provide actionable feedback, coaching techniques for every learning style and how to measure training success and continuous improvement.
