Green industry non-profit groups are invited to apply to be "adopted" by Canyon Communications, which will provide one year of free advertising and public relations sevices.
Canyon Communications, based in Mesa, Ariz., is a full-service marketing communications firm specializing in the green industry.
“This is the fourth year we have made this opportunity available to non-profit organizations,” says Canyon President Nancy Landl. “Each year we receive an unbelievable response from non-profits looking for assistance in the development and execution of marketing projects or special events. It’s an incredible opportunity for Canyon Communications to give back.”
In the past, Canyon has provided pro bono services for the Turf and Ornamental Communicators Association (TOCA), an organization that fosters open exchange of information regarding issues that affect how professionals involved in green industries communicate to various audiences.
The deadline to submit an application is Sept. 1. Each applicant must be classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Judging will be completed by a team of agency employees who will evaluate each application based on the organization’s goals and objectives, services requested and financial information provided by each organization.
To request an application, contact Megan Reisig at 480/775-8880 or mreisig@canyoncomm.com.
