The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) is sponsoring a free Web conference series focusing on how companies can better their businesses during tough economic times.
Featured speaker Bill Arman of The Harvest Group will discuss the key areas a leader needs to focus on to make it through today's challenges.
The first conference, "A Leader's Guide on How to Survive and Thrive with Today's Challenges - Part 1: It's all about the People: Leaders, Employees and Customers," is scheduled for Jan. 27 from 2 to 3 EST.
The second conference, "Building Success One System at a Time," takes place Feb. 10 from 2 to 3 EST.
