MENLO PARK, Cali. – In early October, Gachina Landscape Management partnered with Family Connections and the Young Men’s Service League to clean up new neighbor Open Mind School in Menlo Park.
Five Gachina volunteers, including associate Peninsula Branch Manager Sam Anderson and Production Supervisor Rafael Avila, joined roughly 100 citizens to give the school a face lift. Gachina employees’ expertise led the way to tackle irrigation repairs, weed control, tree and shrub pruning and mulching.
YMSL picked this project as their Ultimate Gift Giving project for 2019. Family Connections oversaw the project. Gachina’s contribution is valued at approximately $3,000.
