Girard Environmental Services Awarded Contracts from Morrison Homes

Girard Environmental Services (GES), a full-service landscaping company in Sanford, Fla., was awarded three irrigation and landscape management contracts from Morrison Homes.
 
GES recently completed work for Lake Mary Town Homes, located on the corner of 1792 and Weldon Blvd. in Sanford. The company installed the irrigation and landscaping for the community’s common areas, amenities and entry ways.

GES also was awarded the irrigation and landscaping contract for the whole community at the Isles of Oviedo Townhomes, located on 1700 Marketplace Blvd. in Oviedo, adjacent to the Oviedo Market Place Mall. Work has already begun on the 10-acre site and will continue through 2008.

Additionally, GES secured a contract for Tuscany Place, a multi-family subdivision located on Tradition Parkway in South Orlando near the Mall at Millenia. GES will install the irrigation and landscaping for all common areas, infrastructure and buildings on the 15-acre site. The project is slated for completion in late 2008.
