People planning ahead for OFA Short Course () this summer are finding it easy to map out their schedule thanks to an exciting search tool provided by the Green Industry Yellow Pages.
Before the Short Course begins in Columbus July 9th, attendees and exhibitors can plan their week simply by pointing and clicking on the OFA Short Course 'To Do List' from any home computer. They then can search for company or products in the show's exhibitor directory and print out booth numbers and map of the locations of the companies they want to visit. Plus they can create follow up notes before even set foot on the show floor.
"Last year's attendees were very positive about how easy the 'To Do List' was to use, how much it helped them plan their week and save time while at the show," says Wendy McAtee, director of exhibitions for OFA.

McAtee says that the online planner makes a trade show of OFA's size a lot less daunting. "Pre-planning what you want to see and mapping out where everything is located helps attendees to use their time at the show more efficiently," says McAtee.
"Using the To Do search requires only mouse skills," says Steve Cissel, GIYP CEO and founder. "Just go to www.giyp.com/ofa and click on the 'To Do List' icon. Then either use the 'search box' or simply click on the category of exhibitors and you can start building your own list."
If you don't have time to plan in advance or want to make some changes, show goers can log-on to the directory at the GIYP e-mail kiosk located in the lobby or at the GIYP cyber café located on the trade show floor. You can also check your e-mail here with the free Internet access provided by GIYP.
