Cary, N.C. – HMI announced that Good's Tree Care joined its Authorized Member (AM) Network to support HMI's programs in Central Pennsylvania.
HMI provides property owners, insurers, and others with a full suite of support services for trees and shrubs, including emergency removals, inspections, cause of loss analysis and replacement cost calculations. HMI has established a national network of arborists and professional tree care companies to support these products and services.
"Good's Tree Care joined our Authorized Member network at a critical time as HMI is expanding its client footprint," said Doug Malawsky, executive vice president and COO of HMI. "Our insurance clients have a density of policy holders in the greater Harrisburg area, and Good's reputation will be a key factor in HMI's ability to win work. It is our hope that Good's will become a true asset to our clients in that region of the U.S."
"What attracted us to HMI is that they are investing great efforts in educating the insurance industry about the value of working with professional companies and we are happy to support that endeavor," said Scott Diffenderfer, general manager of Good's Tree Care. "A key challenge we face today is protecting consumers from and educating them about companies that operate without insurance, credentials, and safety training. By building a national network of top tree care companies, HMI is promoting higher standards – in quality and, most importantly, in safety – in the tree care industry."
