Granum is hosting a virtual event, "Build the Team that Wins Spring," from March 3-6 at 2-3:30 p.m. EST each day.
The event, hosted by Sam Gembel and Brian Fullerton, is a free live webinar series designed to help landscapers prepare their teams before the busy spring season hits. It includes a plug-and-play Foreman Spring Training Meeting that can be applied at any landscaping company this season.
The schedule is as follows:
- Day 1: Stop the Turnover Cycle: Hiring and onboarding with intention, not panic
- Day 2: Build Leaders, Not Bottlenecks: Foremen, training and the "missing middle"
- Day 3: Culture at Scale: Keeping standards and accountability as you grow
- Day 4: Foreman Spring Training: How to run the meeting that sets the tone for your whole season
