Green Earth Landscaping & Design Wins 2004 SIMA Award

MINNEAPOLIS – Green Earth Landscaping & Design. Hackensack, N.J., received top honors at the 7th annual Snow & Ice Management Association Symposium held in June. During the Symposium’s awards ceremony, Green Earth was given the prestigious Award for Excellence in Business in the $1 million and over category. Company President Mark Moore accepted the trophy on behalf of the company.

Applicants for this year’s contest were judged on the basis of their demonstrated success in four critical competencies identified by the SIMA Membership Committee: Business practices, customer satisfaction, community relations and accountability.

Applicants were required to submit essays that describe how their company addresses each of the four business disciplines. They were also asked to submit at least two letters of reference from current snow and ice management clients.
