As part of this year's Green Industry Expo (GIE) speaker line-up, the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA) named Barry Wishner as the keynote speaker for ALCA's Green Industry conference, which is held in conjunction with GIE. The Expo is scheduled for Nov. 13-17 at the Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.
With a talk titled, "No Boundaries – No Limits," Wishner plans to enlighten business owners on the value of looking ahead and realizing that the business world requires innovation and flexible ideas. As the founder and chief executive officer of DMC, a management consulting firm, Wishner will share methods in which he grew his company to more than $50 million in revenues by avoiding the "DITWLY" (Did it That Way Last Year) way of thinking. Currently, he interviews more than 300 executives each year, drawing on their personal experience to keep his presentations timely and relevant.
