“Billy was instrumental in helping us maintain and improve our sales contacts in the field as we moved through several distributor additions and changes,” Tegtmeier said. “Now that the changes are complete, we find it is in the company’s best interest for Billy to resume his service manager position.”
Harms will continue his field presence by conducting service schools, attending various shows and visiting territories served by Encore. In addition, Harms will work with management on several planned operational improvements. “We have rededicated ourselves to a higher standard when it comes to assembly and the quality of our equipment and Billy will play a big part to assure that standards are met,” Tegtmeier said.
Dana Haecker, who succeeded Harms as national service manager, will resume his role in the service department, as well. He will also assist in the implementation of operational and cost improvement initiatives recently undertaken by Encore.
