PHOENIX, Ariz. – Horizon, professional supplier of landscape and turf products, is pleased to announce its new membership in PrimeraTurf. PrimeraTurf is a purchasing cooperative for independently owned companies, primarily engaged in distribution and resale of products in the professional turf, horticulture and landscape industry.
This new affiliation expands Horizon’s buying power and allows the company to offer its customers an even wider range of landscape products for both the turf and golf markets. The buying power offered through a cooperative avails Horizon of a broader scope of products direct from the manufactures, which results in a better and more competitive position in the market place. Suppliers to the cooperative include BASF, Becker-Underwood, Gilmour Products, Lebanon, Dow AgroSciences, Earthway, Monsanto, PBI Gordon, and Monterey Chemical.

PrimeraTurf has a limited membership, with extensive commitments from its members. All PrimeraTurf members offer multiple product lines in turf, horticulture and landscape, and are committed to training and educating their staff and customers. Horizon is one of only four members in the West, and the only member with store locations in eight states.
