Applications to join the next class of HortScholars are now open and will remain open until March 1.
HortScholars spend seven days in Columbus, Ohio, attending and volunteering at Cultivate'20, the horticulture industry's annual event. All costs to attend the show are covered except travel to and from the show.
The program will offer insight and awareness of the industry, a chance to present on a topic of their expertise and professional development via education sessions, networking and exclusive meetings with industry leaders. HortScholars also receive an all-access pass to Cultivate’20 and a one-year student membership with AmericanHort.
Twelve finalists will be selected by the AmericanHort GenerationNext Community Connectors to submit a short video for consideration, then the six 2020 HortScholars will be chosen. To apply, click here.
