“Don brings a wealth of knowledge and technical depth to our team,” said Hoover. “The wide range of experiences that he brings to Hunter will be a real asset to the position and to the company.”
A veteran of the irrigation industry for the last 37 years, Franklin has worked in a variety of areas—including contracting, manufacturing, and distribution. In addition, he is currently a regional Irrigation Association instructor, has authored several classes for the IA, and is presently working with the IA Educational Foundation on developing their curriculum.
Franklin has spent the greater portion of his career in the Orange County area, but has been based out of the Sacramento area for the past several years.
