Hunter Industries has acquired Grizzle & Hunter Plastics. Primarily a custom plastic injection molding facility, Grizzle & Hunter is based in Temecula, Calif. with approximately 50 employees. Glen Grizzle founded the company 1994 with Edwin Hunter, founder of Hunter Industries, who was a minority partner.
“Grizzle & Hunter Plastics, LLC will provide access to new materials, technology, ideas and expertise, all of which will complement our existing irrigation business,” says Richard Hunter, president and CEO of Hunter Industries.
“Glen Grizzle has a lifetime of history in irrigation product design and manufacturing. We greatly look forward to his contribution to our team,” adds Hunter.
Grizzle is very optimistic about the change as well.
“I am delighted to be part of Hunter Industries,” Grizzle says. “This partnership will provide long-term stability for our current employees and customers.”
