Landscape contractors can register for the sweepstakes at www.husqvarnatotalsource.com until Oct. 1, 2004. The monthly drawings, part of Husqvarna’s “Total Source” Landscaper Sweepstakes, conclude at the 2004 Green Industry Expo in Charlotte with the announcement of final prize winners.
The grand-prize winner will receive a 2004 Isuzu N Series Truck, loaded with professional Husqvarna equipment. One second-prize winner will be awarded a trip for two to a Charlotte NASCAR race and one third-prize winner will receive a certificate for the Kings Experience at the Richard Petty Driving School.
In last year’s “Feel the Power Sweepstakes,” contractor Jeff LaValley, owner of La Sprinklers in Columbus, Ohio took home the grand prize, worth over $40,000. Additionally, the sweepstakes second prize went to Covington, La., landscaper Harold Catha who received a trip for two to the 2004 Charlotte NASCAR race, including suite tickets, airfare and lodging. Third-prize winner Martin Penas of Pompano Beach, Fla., received a certificate for two to the Kings Experience at the Richard Petty Driving Experience.
